Refund policy

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, returned within  3 DAYS of delivery. See non-returnable items below.

How to Return

Email support@lykefy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and share pickup/drop-off instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 Days to your original payment method. Allow 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS for it to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Request an exchange within 3 DAYS, subject to stock. If unavailable, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within  48 Hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a free replacement, exchange, or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear
• "Final Sale" or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items without original tags/packaging

Return Shipping

• Damaged/defective/wrong item: free return shipping
• Change of mind: THE RETURN SHIPPING COST will be deducted from your refund
